The Central Iowa Computer User Group (CIACUG) was established in 1982 by a group of computer users who saw the need to help one another with the complexities of available hardware and software. The organization remains to this day a group of computer users helping each other and the community.
· CIACUG is a non-profit corporation composed of members from novices to tech experts sharing their knowledge and expertise.
· Monthly meetings are held at the Neveln Community Resource Center in Ankeny. The CIACUG computer office and work area are also located here. This has been a very cost-effective location for CIACUG
