How long have you been in business?
Since 1989. I think this will be my career choice.
What is your primary product or service?
Traditional, straightforward Chiropractic care.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was one of those kids who knew in junior high that I was going to be a chiropractor!
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am thankful to have great patients and friends, and I treat them with respect and honesty. So, I feel this is a different model than many clinics in it for, shall we say, other reasons.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location. Been here since 1989. (Yes, in the exact same place!)
Provide detailed directions to your location
Across the street from K-Mart, on Hickman Rd, in the Sherwood Forest Shopping Center.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check or cards. Most Insurance plans cover part of the cost as well.
Which areas do you service?
Des Moines and surrounding areas.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I own and run the clinic, but I do have some help for insurance processing.
What are your hours of operation?
M T W TH 9 - 5:30 F 9 - 1:00
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Of course, referrals. Especially your friends and family.
What is your favorite quote or Bible verse?
Matthew 6:19-21 :: Lay not up for yourselves treasures upon earth, where moth and rust doth corrupt, and where thieves break through and steal: But lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal: For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also.
